Advogado. Doutorando e Mestre em Direito pela PUC-Rio e Bacharel em Direito pela UCP-RJ. Líder do grupo "Corrupção e Meio Ambiente" da Rede Brasileira de Estudos e Práticas Anticorrupção da Transparência Internacional (Brasil). Foi pesquisador no grupo de "Pesquisa sobre Liberdade de Expressão no Brasil" da PUC-Rio; e no Núcleo de Direitos Humanos da PUC-Rio, com participação na Rede Acadêmica Especializada de Cooperação da Comissão Interamericana de Direitos Humanos (CIDH). Interessado por temas relacionados aos Direitos Humanos.
Lawyer. PhD candidate and Master of Laws from PUC-Rio and Bachelor of Laws from UCP-RJ. Leader of the "Corruption and Environment" group of Transparency International's Brazilian Network of Anti-Corruption Studies and Practices (Brazil). He was a researcher in the "Research on Freedom of Expression in Brazil" group at PUC-Rio; and in the Human Rights Centre at PUC-Rio, with participation in the Specialised Academic Cooperation Network of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR). Interested in human rights issues.
