Bio

Professor Dr. Matthias Einmahl acquired a law degree from the university Freiburg and a PhD from the university Hamburg. He worked for 8 years as a jugdge and public prosecutor.

Since 2005, Matthias is professor at the University of Police and Public Administration and management of North Rhine-Westphalia in Cologne (www.hspv.nrw.de).

There he educates future municipal public servants, mainly in contract law and public procurement law. He has practical experience in the analysis of corruption risks in municipalities and the development of coherent corruption prevention strategies. He also works on anti-corruption sensitization and training with a focus on eLearning.
