20 years fighting Corruption.
Co-founder and Executive Director of TI’s Colombia NC (1998- 2006). Member of TI’s International Board of Directors initially elected in 1999 and re-elected in 2002; between 2002 and 2005 appointed as Vice-Chair with Peter Eigen. TI’s senior adviser on public contracting/procurement. MAC member. Accredited IM since 2007, upon leaving Colombia to live abroad. Chair of the board of TI-Colombia, upon returning to Colombia in 2014. For 11 years I have also worked extensively on transparency, accountability and integrity within the CSOs sector.

Regional Co-chair - Rendir Cuentas: Regional Initiative for Transparency and Accountability of CSO in Latin America and the Caribbean since 2010. Independent Board Member - Accountable Now (previously INGO Accountability Charter) since 2014. Member of the Executive Committee - Global Standard for CSO accountability Project since 2105. Member - Independent Accountability Committee of the CPDE since 2015.

Co-founder and Executive Director of the NGO “Women’s house”. Programme coordinator for women inclusion. Design and implementation of methodologies to enhance participation of grassroots organizations in public affairs. Evaluator of community projects. Member of the Open Forum for CSO Development Effectiveness. Co-founder and member of the Latin American Network for Democracy.
