Member of TI’s International Board of Directors initially elected in 1999 and re-elected in 2002; between 2002 and 2005 appointed as Vice-Chair with Peter Eigen. TI’s senior adviser on public contracting/procurement. MAC member. Accredited IM since 2007, upon leaving Colombia to live abroad. Chair of the board of TI-Colombia, upon returning to Colombia in 2014. For 11 years I have also worked extensively on transparency, accountability and integrity within the CSOs sector.
