Bio

José Arthur is currently Professor of Public Law, specialized in Constitutional Law and Anti-Corruption Law. He is also serving on the Federal Prosecution Service of Brazil.

Sedrez holds a bachelor's degree in Law from the Federal University of Pelotas. He holds a master's degree in Public Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and a specialization in Administrative Law from the Ritter dos Reis University. He is also certified in Regulatory Compliance by the University of Pennsylvania (USA).

Professor Sedrez’s main research interests include transparency, public compliance, anti-corruption law, and corruption and anticorruption in Brazil.
