Reform of Public Procurement in Ukraine: Performance Results of Prozorro e-Procurement System from January to June 2017
Description
During the first six months of 2017, procurement of over 410 thousand items has taken place through ProZorro system for UAH 247 billion. Over 80 thousand enterprises and private entrepreneurs have participated in the procurements. Competition in the bidding process ensured savings (the difference between the expected cost and the final cost of the contract) in the amount of 5.5% on average.
