Dr. Ebeh Kodjo Fabrice has over 20 years’ experiences in research, legal advice and the development and analysis of public policies at international, regional and national levels.
Fabrice Ebeh holds a PhD n International Law at the Faculty of Law, Criminology and Political Sciences, University of Liege (Belgium), in 2005. He is consultant, expert and public policies evaluator for several international organizations and UN agencies, namely the World Health Organization (WHO-Geneva), V-Dem Institute at the Department of Political Science at the University of Gothenburg (Sweden), the Global Initiative against Transnational Organized Crime (Geneva) and International Budget Partnership (USA). Dr Fabrice has also delivered highly specialized consultancy services aimed at strengthening the transparency, accountability and integrity of several African governments in Africa, through various supports, including facilitation of the development of strategic plans, drafting legislations, codes of conducts, capacity building and development of tools.
