BA in Political Science and Latin American Studies from the University of Toronto. MA in Corruption and Governance from the University of Sussex. Researcher and anticorruption practitioner specializing on Latin America and anticorruption initiatives at the sub-national level.

In 2014, he worked at the TI Anti-Corruption Helpdesk and has been a frequent contributor since 2015. From 2015 to 2018, he worked as a Project Coordinator for Fundación Poder Ciudadano, working on a EU-funded project aimed to increase civil society capacities in Northern Argentina.

Since January 2018, he works for the government of the Province of Buenos Aires, developing integrity systems for municipal governments in the province. As of January 2020, he is working as Regional Coordinator for Latin America for the UNCAC Coalition.
