Bio
Mihaylo Milovanovitch is senior policy specialist with the European Training Foundation, Italy and a senior integrity expert for the Center for Applied Policy and Integrity, Bulgaria. His research interests and publications focus on education policy, corruption prevention, and integrity in education in countries of Central Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America, and the MENA region.
Previously, Mihaylo was a network fellow at the Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics at the Harvard School of Law, policy analyst with the Directorate for Education and Skills of the OECD, and co-ordinator for education and youth for the Stability Pact for South East Europe.
