Transparency in Corporate Reporting Codebook

Description

This is the codebook used as part of Transparency International's Transparency in Corporate Reporting initiative. Three key dimensions are assessed: first, the reporting of key elements of anti-corruption programmes; second, the disclosure of company structures and holdings; and, third, the disclosure of key financial information on a country-by-country basis.
