Technical expertise in programme conception and design; in research, policy analysis and evidence-based advocacy; in designing, managing and monitoring projects; as well as in providing strategic advice, technical assistance and capacity building. 

First-hand experience working with a wide range of donors, multilateral organisations, government institutions, parliaments and NGOs both in Europe and Africa. Familiar with multi-stakeholder processes, coordinating networks and building partnerships.
